Thank you for shopping at BIGGALLERY. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. RETURNS

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. SPECIAL POLICY FOR BLIND BOX PRODUCTS

  • No Returns After Opening: Due to the nature of "Blind Box" collectibles, once the external packaging (including the plastic shrink wrap or the security seal of the box) has been opened or tampered with, the product is NOT eligible for a return or refund based on "change of mind" or "no reason".

  • Integrity of Mystery: We cannot accept returns for opened Blind Boxes to ensure the fairness and random nature of the collection for all customers.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are ineligible for return:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or Clearance items.

  • Personalized or custom-made art pieces.

  • Items damaged by the customer or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive a product (including Blind Boxes, Figures, or Merchandise) with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please take photos or a video immediately and contact us at info@biggallery.com.

  • We will evaluate each case individually to provide a replacement, repair, or compensation.

5. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
