1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • All tags, seals, and accessories must be intact

2. Special Policy for Blind Box Products

Due to the nature of blind box collectibles, the following rules apply:

  • Unopened blind boxes (outer seal/plastic wrap intact): eligible for return within 30 days
  • Opened blind boxes (outer seal broken or tampered): not eligible for return or refund
  • This policy ensures fairness and preserves the randomness experience for all collectors

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage/defect
  • Your order number

Upon review, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement item
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (where applicable)

Note: Damaged or defective items are eligible for resolution regardless of whether the outer packaging has been opened.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened blind box products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products with missing parts not caused by BigGallery
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for customs duties and return shipping fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns — BigGallery is not responsible for lost return packages

8. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
